Mindfulness Exercise
- Write down a one word description of how you are feeling as you start your day and keep it in your pocket.
- When you end your day, take that piece of paper out and write how you feel now on the other side.
- After reviewing both words.. what is your take away? Here is my example
- 9am- as I get off the train to walk to the office –
- Optimistic
- 7pm as I walk off the train back in my home town
- Accomplished
- Overall my take away is my optimism allowed me to be open and led to that feeling of accomplishment.
