Accountability according to the Webster Dictionary is:

“the quality or state of being accountable; an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility for one’s actions.” … 

I will date myself here by asking how many of you remember looking up how to spell a word by first locating the big Red Webster dictionary, then sounding out the word and scanning those thin pages until you find it?

Anyway, the reason I had to chose this as todays topic is to challenge you on how accountable you are being with your fitness goals. Everything 2020 aside, this is the time of year when excuses for poor diet, skipping workouts and lack of portion control can creep in.

So open that accountability app on your phone or challenge a friend online, pick something small to start, more green veggies in the diet, one more hour off screens before bedtime, and a few more minutes stretching and working up a sweat. This way when you ring in 2021 you have a healthy balance in your wellness account.
