Believe me, I do not starve and I am not a perfect person, there are sometimes, with a complete lack of options or planning, I will eat a gluten product, but no dairy and meat.
I was very pleased this weekend when I was a guest in my daughters home and she had found so many gluten and dairy free foods for me to enjoy while I was there. All of the items were available at her local grocery store. It was great to try them out and I am happy to report they were all great!
There were dairy and gluten free pretzels, dairy free and gluten free waffles, mac and cheese and coconut ice cream.
This was one happy vegan!
Here is a picture of the waffles she bought. I have since purchased a box for home as well.
Maybe you might want to pick up a box of these in just case your next house guest is a vegan. They will really appreciate it!
