Blogger Challenge- Pre and Post workout routine

Hello there,

This is my first post in the September Blogger Challenge from @fitcheerldr.

I am training for a half marathon so I am following the Runners World Smart Coach program which means I am running every other day.

It is week 7!

So my pre workout routine is to hydrate! get my running belt and ipod with Pandora 80’s music and my sport jelly beans.  After I work out, I drink recovery shake with vegan protein powder and ice my left knee for 30 minutes.

I am going to start using that 30 minutes to write on my blog !

In order to do a better job at my workouts I need to eat more pre workout especially when running after work!  Its a long time from lunch to a 6 pm run.

    my neighbor were just preparing to do a little research about this.

    We grabbed a book out of our local library however I think I’ve learned more from this post.
    I am very glad to see such good information being shared freely out there.
