A new season. A fresh page. And it feels good to be back.
After taking the summer off, I’m stepping into fall ready to reconnect—with you, with this community, and with the conversations I want to keep having.
I want to begin with my book, Running Into Me: How I Stopped Racing and Found Myself.
That title holds a lot for me. There’s a difference between keeping ourselves moving and giving ourselves time to notice where we’re headed. A new season offers a chance to pause, ask a few honest questions, and choose our next steps with intention.
What do I want to carry forward? What am I ready to leave behind? And what would it look like to make a little more room for myself?
If you’re discovering Running Into Me for the first time, I’d love for you to take a look. If you’ve already read it, thank you for making it part of your own journey.
I’m glad to be back. We have more to talk about.
