Do it for the love of running

If it’s the weekend, there is a good chance you will find me running across this bridge in South Norwalk CT. My husband, who is becoming an excellent running partner sprinted ahead to capture this picture.
I wanted to post it because lately I have been reading several posts from bloggers who are down on themselves based on the way they look despite the number of miles they are running as they are training for their Fall marathons. Isn’t all about how we feel inside ? I just love this picture not because of how I look but because I fitness gave me the confidence to run in those leggings and feel great ! I am awesome !
You all are training and that’s what counts!
