Here is the launch issue
Today is International Womens Day and I want to celebrate all the women everywhere.
I love being part of a community that uplifts and supports women by celebrating each others wins, consoling in times of trials, and cheerleading for all events. The @HustlelikeAMom tribe is lead by Pamela Pekerman. Pamela is a PR maven turned momprenur who helps coach small business owners to their highest potential.
Follow her @hustlelikeamom on Instagram and all on Clubhouse.
Enjoy your day lovelies.
This is a quick overview of the five steps I started with when I began my wellness journey.
The one thing I did not have was an accountability buddy. Thats why I am launching this program to build a community of like minded women to uplift each other as we move, learn and grow into our best selves.
Over 50 is just the second act there is so much more to come!
Look for an 8 week group training group and an accountability partner program to start soon.
If you or someone you know could benefit from joining in, please send them my info and sign up for more updates!
Accountability according to the Webster Dictionary is:
“the quality or state of being accountable; an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility for one’s actions.” …
I will date myself here by asking how many of you remember looking up how to spell a word by first locating the big Red Webster dictionary, then sounding out the word and scanning those thin pages until you find it?
Anyway, the reason I had to chose this as todays topic is to challenge you on how accountable you are being with your fitness goals. Everything 2020 aside, this is the time of year when excuses for poor diet, skipping workouts and lack of portion control can creep in.
So open that accountability app on your phone or challenge a friend online, pick something small to start, more green veggies in the diet, one more hour off screens before bedtime, and a few more minutes stretching and working up a sweat. This way when you ring in 2021 you have a healthy balance in your wellness account.
