this was a great birthday and I am very grateful for my family and friends. Its so good to take time to reflect on the last year and start setting those goals for next year.
I recently took a class on goal setting.
S- specific – really focus on what the goal is
M-measurable- how will you know when you are achieved your goal?
A-attainable- no lofty goals here. something that you must accomplich
R-realistic- can you really accomplish it in the timely you provided? if not break it up
T- timely- need to put it on a timeline and schedule it
For me- my goal is to write a book on my health and wellness wake up call as a guide for others.
