What Vitamins and Supplements Do you Take?
I joke that I have the most expensive urine in the block. I take several vitamins and I am probably taking more than I need.
- Women’s One a Day
- Super B Complex
- 1000 of Vitamin C
- Vegan Acidophilus
Baby aspirin- since I am a lady over 50 I think this is just part of the routine.
I use Vega One protein powder with almond milk or orange juice as my recovery drink.
I should take calcium, but I never have . I had a bone density test at a health fair two years ago and they said I had amazingly strong bones. I use that as my excuse.
On Thursday, I am meeting with my health coach Robin and looking forward to her recommendations.

My supplement list from my first bodybuilding competition was pretty long because I had to 1) lose 50 lbs., 2) gain lean muscle mass. But don’t worry – my list is shorter this time around (just building muscle!)
