imageHey squad,

I just finished my first running class with the New York Road Runners. What a great group to train with! I met several people who are training for the NYC marathon. The coach suggested we only bring what we need to the workout so I do not have any pictures to share.

We did mile repeats. My first ever ! and it was downhill for the first mile and of course uphill on the way back. I stayed with our group coach and did well. I can definitely see the benefit of this class.

Running in Central Park is just the best. I can’t wIt until next week.
