Women’s More Fitness Half

Today I ran the women’s more fitness half marathon and it was a great time. I love running in Central Park and I love running all women races.
The girl power is amazing and I had the best time chatting with women from all over the country that come to NY year after year for this race.
In way of a training recap, I definitely could have used more long training runs and hill work. Harlem Hill twice in one race is a punisher that’s for sure.
I would encourage everyone to put this race on the bucket list. It is the largest all women half in the country. The expo is great and the race day post expo is also a good time.
