I am the luckiest galfriday in the world. My team in training fundraising was gifted by a wonderfully generous donation that put me well on the way to my goal.
There is the Pamela Birthday virtual 5K
on 12-28-12 with lots of prizes for anyone who signs up and/or donates. I hope you all join in. If you don’t want to run that is fine! just do any exercise for 30 minutes and leave a message on the blog.
This is Pamela at age 9 months. Adorable 🙂 I can’t believe she will be 30 on 12-28-12. I remember this day like it was yesterday!
My very good blogger friends Laura and Renee contacted me about working together on a project for next year.
They are so awesome and just to brainstorm with them was great.

HBBC was a challenge this week with a very busy project that included several 15 hour work days but with the contunied support of the amazing Facebook group and the Yogavibes online classes I made it thru.
Here was the week
6 runs
5 yoga workouts
6 strength and core exercises
My goal as to try a new exercise class and a new fruit or vege. I didnt try a new class so I a forwarding that goal onto this week. I did try pomogranates. They are a lot of work. I had dragon kale and it was not my taste at all.
THEN – I received these great ornaments from my Hung for the Holidays swapper melissa. I know it is more blessed to give than to receive and i was really happy when Marci and Larisa my ornament swappers loved the ones i sent them, but I was over the moon when i got mine. 52 but still a kid inside. its a half marathon christmas ornament! Thank you so much @m_mslove.
