Thanks to the HBBC group and my Team in Training group I have had alot of help keeping on the health and fitness routine. I have decided that I just love training for half marathons. Everything just falls into place.
My mantra this week was: If you stick to the plan, the excuses fall away. It was something that just came to me when I was running in the morning.
So this week I had :
4 runs -Saturday I almost got blown off the path it was so windy!
3 yoga workouts – 1 at the gym and that class is so much better now. Yogavibes online classes are the greatest for building confidence in your yoga practice.
6 strength and conditioning sessions
Love my fruits and veggies everyday.
I didn’t make all my Facebook check ins. Newtown left me speechless.
This week in Team in Training, we focused on running form and I feel like even the subtle changes I have made so far are helping. Amazing what some coaching can do.
