Fall into Fitness

I love Fall. I am a Libra and this is my favorite season. I learned to really love Fall when I adopted running as my favorite workout. The Fall is marathon season! The Chicago Marathon, the New York City Marathon, the Philadelphia Marathon all happen in the Fall. I love the cooler nights and the bright sunny days.

Would you like to kick off your Fall by joining me in the Fall-into-Fitness challenge? The goal is to hit 150 minutes of exercise every week. Why 150 minutes? That is the recommended about of exercise for healthy adults to maintain optimal fitness. LINK.

The best way to achieve this is to make a plan! My first tip is to schedule yourself at least 30 minutes a day for movement! It can be a walk, a run, a stretch or yoga session or a fun class at the gym, its your choice.
